01 - 2 large cucumbers

→ Cheese Mixture

02 - 4 oz cream cheese, softened
03 - 2 tbsp sour cream
04 - 1 tbsp fresh dill, finely chopped
05 - 1 tsp lemon juice

04 - Transfer the cheese mixture to a piping bag fitted with a small star tip, or improvise with a plastic bag with a snipped corner.
05 - Arrange cucumber stars on a serving plate and pipe a small dollop of the cheese mixture onto each.
06 - Top each star with a tiny piece of red bell pepper and a dill sprig for decoration.
