- Kalamata olives: 16 pitted
- Green olives: 16 pitted
- Extra virgin olive oil: 2 tbsp
- Fresh oregano leaves: 1 tbsp or 1 tsp dried oregano
- Lemon zest: Zest of 1 lemon
- Black pepper: Freshly ground, to taste
- Cocktail skewers: 16 small skewers or toothpicks
Instructions
