03 - 1/4 cup red onion, finely sliced

06 - 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
07 - 1 teaspoon honey or agave syrup
08 - 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
09 - 1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
# Directions:
01 - In a large bowl, combine watermelon cubes, diced cucumber, sliced red onion, and chopped mint.
02 - In a small bowl or jar, whisk together lime juice, olive oil, honey or agave syrup, sea salt, and black pepper until well blended.
