# Directions:
01 - Place avocado, cottage cheese, lemon juice, and garlic in a food processor or blender.
02 - Process mixture until completely smooth and creamy, scraping sides as needed.
03 - Add chives, black pepper, and salt; pulse briefly to blend evenly.
04 - Taste and modify seasoning by adding more lemon juice or salt as preferred.
05 - For heat, blend in crushed red pepper flakes. For richness, drizzle olive oil and blend again.
06 - Transfer dip to a serving bowl; garnish with remaining chives or olive oil if desired.
