09 - 12 ounces fresh green beans, trimmed
10 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
11 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
12 - 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
13 - 1 tablespoon lemon juice

14 - 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley, optional

# Directions:

01 - Set oven to 400°F and allow to reach temperature.
02 - In a large mixing bowl, combine olive oil, sugar-free ranch seasoning, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.
03 - Add chicken thighs to the seasoning mixture and toss until thoroughly coated on all sides.
04 - Place chicken thighs skin-side up in a large ovenproof skillet or baking dish. Distribute chopped bacon evenly over and around the chicken.
05 - Bake uncovered for 25 minutes.
06 - While chicken bakes, toss trimmed green beans with olive oil, salt, and black pepper in a separate bowl.
07 - After 25 minutes of baking, add seasoned green beans to the skillet around the chicken. Return to oven and bake for 10 additional minutes until chicken reaches internal temperature of 165°F and bacon is crispy.
08 - Remove from oven, drizzle lemon juice over green beans, and garnish with fresh parsley if desired. Serve immediately while hot.
